The room was big with comfortable beds, amiable staff. We had an own bathroom. This was a particularly good and secure location not far from the bus station, restaurants and shops as well as the center of Tena...
Nothing to be said!

The hotel has big rooms in a nice area and is easy to access from the bus station. the staff are helpful and great people. - A great selection of goodies is available for breakfast. - the location is secure and exceptionally nice, around a 10-15 minutes walk from Lake Limoncocha.

The owner went above and beyond for me, arranging taxis and boat rides to a remote lodge. The hostel had comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and a chill payment policy. The location was close to the malecon, and the owner helped our friend find a room at a great price. The hammocks and outdoor space were lovely, and the fan kept us cool. The windows let in lots of natural light. We even upgraded to a room with our own bathroom. Mind-blowing service and fantastic amenities!

Great value for the money, with warm water in the shower and a convenient location close to the Malecon. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even assisting with finding transportation to a remote lodge in the Amazon. Plus, the option for a later checkout for just $1 per hour was a lifesaver on a rainy day.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering more variety.

I recently stayed at A Welcome Break Hostal for one night while exploring the Amazon. The owner went above and beyond to ensure my transportation to a remote lodge, coordinating with multiple drivers and guides along the way. The hostel itself is conveniently located in the center of town and offers clean rooms, a shared kitchen, and a clothesline for laundry. The staff was incredibly friendly and there was a lovely open space with hammocks to relax in.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
